• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products (facewashes, soaps, sunblocks, etc.) cannot be returned.

• Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are possible only if the product received is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered.
• Customers may request a different product (subject to availability).
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product delivered is faulty.
