Processing & Dispatch

• All orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed and handed over to our courier partner on the same business day.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the following working day.

Delivery Timelines & Charges

• Major Cities: 2 to 3 working days.

• Other Cities & Remote Regions: 3 to 5 working days.

• Shipping Rates: Standard delivery charges of Rs. 200 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Verification & Dispatch

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer experience team may contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call to verify order details before shipping. Unverified orders may experience dispatch delays.

Delivery Issues & Delays

Couriers will attempt delivery up to two times. Please ensure the provided phone number is active and reachable to avoid order return. Zinobia is not liable for delays caused by courier logistics, severe weather disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
